The place for fast friendly service. The pizza is awesome. We had buffalo chicken and all meat pizza. Best buffalo ever. You must get the sweet dots . Mmmmm delicious

The pizza was delicious! It's very small inside but that's one of its charms! And if there's a small wait, it's definitely worth waiting for. The waitress we had was awesome! I wish I knew her name. She looked very young but she was better than any waitress we had on our trip. I highly recommend!

This place is absolutely Amazing! Its family owned. Husband, wife, and children are all involved. My family and I ate here july 4th and it was so good we came back last night (July 10th) to eat it one last time before we left Helen to go back home. The best pizza you can get hands down! The employees are extremely helpful and the owners are down to earth good people. When we ate there last night it was just my wife and I and we stayed till close. The owner (Mr. Wayne) came out and offered us a ride back to our truck parked down the road. That alone shows the kind of character and values the owners have and they make every pizza as if they were making it for their momma.

Absolutely one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Enjoyed a nice 16" with Chicken, Banana peppers, and mushrooms. I was very pleased. Service was quick and very friendly. Cute little pizza place that highly recommend.

The food was amazing and our server was really attentive and nice. All the employees were really nice too :)

Delicious hot pizzas and smiling gracious service. We ordered a veggie pizza. It was loaded with veggies and the Jalapenos were spicy. Overall flavorful and satisfying food.

We order some wings today. There garlic parmesan sauce was probably the worst I have had. Then their Ranch was pretty much water. I have never had it so watery. This was a big disappointment for us.

Amazing burgers and pizzas!! We got food delivered to us last night and visited the hooch today because it was so good. The staff was so friendly and the owner even came to check on us. Definitely will be visiting them again when we come back. Cute little joint hidden right off of main St.

Excellent thin-crust pizza. We just ordered “regular” pizza, it turns out they serve them in a very thin crust, which I loved. The dough, toppings are delicious. Service was quick and great. This is definitely worth the money.

This place is in downtown of Helen, clean and amazing atmosphere inside of The Hooch, friendly staff and amazing food (: definitely recommend, prices are reasonable considering on how much food you get and it being a tourist attraction! Pizza is off the charts good. Family enjoyed every minute and my kids are picky.

After being so hungry all day on 4th of July, thank God this place was open til midnight. The good old pizza smell, the cheese in the air brought and my crew there to grub on some bomb chicken wings and half cheese/half pepperoni pizza for us all. Thank you new mangent/owners!

Waited 1 hour, literally, for a “New York style” cheese pizza that taste like spaghetti with a lot of thyme on bread and cheese dribbled off onto cardboard with bad taste. :( would not recommend.

Really wanted this place to be good but it was not. Food was only OK and I think frozen. Service was reeeeally bad. Waitress was over whelmed and then found out there were like 5 other people in the back not even helping out. Asked for a refill when food arrived yet it never came. Finally just served myself to find out fountain drinks were not mixing right. Once our waitress brought our check we let her know drinks were bad yet still was charged 12.50 for 5 drinks. Just an overall bad experience. Oh well :(

If your craving superb chicken wings and the cheesiest pizza this side of the mountain than your at the right place. The waitress and staff are super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend The hooch pizza to any professional fat kid looking for the perfect fat kid food....o and they have amazing salads if you married a fat kid but your trying to watch your weight. Five stars for sure.

Expensive, but it is Helen, so we expected that. We got a large pizza and two pizza skulls plus drinks for $47. My son enjoyed the pizza skulls, they did please more than the pizza pie . We got a combination pie and the cheese and toppings were fresh and plentiful. The problem was, first, it took too long to come out. They apologized and said they had a large delivery order just before we sat down. More time went by and they then said our pie fell apart in the oven. More time while they made another. When we got it we could see why it fell apart: the crust. It was thin, which is fine, but it was not at all crisp and unable to support the topping. When we tried to pick up a slice it would fall apart into a mess. The quality was not there for what we paid.

Excellent all around. Waitress (Lacey) was great. Food was hot and fresh and delicious! First time there and will definitely go back.

Perfect pie and delivers to the national park at 11pm in the pouring rain. This pie is amazing and the service was great.

Was absolutely great the staff was the nicest most friendly people I’ve met and their pizza skulls were extremely impressive! The meat lovers pizza was also superb! I did not expect it to be as good as it was! The burgers were so delicious as well! Definitely will be coming back a lot!

This is some REALLY GOOD pizza. We ordered the meat and the supreme. Cooked to perfection! A little pricey, but everything is in this tourist town.

So I read all the reviews for this restaurant, and I can say without a doubt this place is amazing. We are locals and come here regularly. The owners and staff are wonderful and the food is fresh and always cooked to perfection. They also give locals a 10% off and military 20% off. It is small inside but don't let it discourage you to try them out! Also they have covered seating outside.

One of the only places in Helen with options for Vegans and Vegetarians! Garlic Knots with non-dairy Garlic Butter!! Incredible pizza! Just ask for no cheese! We had a BBQ base pizza with lots of veggies!!

The pizza was cheesy and was very tasteful. I have no complaints . The lady who took our order was very courteous , the man was also very nice. Will visit again the next time I am in Helen,GA.

By far the best pizza, true to the New York style. Their garlic knots and wings are also amazing. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed this cozy little place. And the owners are amazing, definitely felt like family when we walked out. Their staff had the whole place laughing and talking football, I have never experienced such an amazing experience at a restaurant. Can't wait to come back and bring the whole family.

Went in as a spur of the moment restaurant.. Felt a bit over-priced(12" meat lovers- $20). They're thin crusted and have decent flavor but a LOT of herbs and spices.Pictured is a 7" Meat Lovers with Pineapple added.

Very cute little place that my son and I chose to eat at during our stay in Helen. I had a Philly cheesesteak and onion rings that were delicious. My son chose a sausage pizza. The waitress was really amazing. They were short staffed and she was holding it down on the Frontline all by herself. The only complaint we had was the amount of time it took to get my sons pizza. He had already eaten most of my onion rings by the time his pizza came. Once he got it he said it tasted good. I didnt like the taste of the smoked sausage they use but it wasn't my pizza. All in all we would return. It was a cute little hideaway when the big restaurants are full and you don't want to wait 45 mins.

Lucky I can't give it a zero!!!!! We came in they weren't busy it was myself and wife and kids, ordered 3 waters son ordered tea, well about 15 minutes later we got three cups of water no ice. After about 30 minutes into our meal my son finally got a tea food was mediocre to be nice about it. 12 wings 1 slice of pizza and wife and I split a stromboli get the check $50 says 4 soft drinks I said we had one tea she replied oh water cost the same never again oh yea service sucked harder than a brand new shop vac!!
